Hi Matt Cook

The course is indeed wonderful, the very best I have ever come across.

I have had severe lower back pain for at least 40 years, I am now 87 years of age.

I have tried various and many courses, exercises, Yoga, Tai Chi, Back stretches, chiropractic, the list goes on.

Thank you for all the research you have distilled into your exercises, for the clear explanations of the thinking behind the course.

Most of all thank you because it works for me.

Very sincerely

Brian

Hello, Matt

I just can't help sending this message. I got your program yesterday after watching your introduction. I knew it is a really good thing. I had been looking for this kind of practice for a very long time, but could not find it.

To my surprise your program is far more than I thought. To me, the concept of slow and conscious movements is already the miracle, it opens a new door in front of me. What I expected was some movements. But I got far more than that.

I want to express my gratitude with my whole heart. Thank you so much for sharing your brilliant ideas and great work. I am very confident that the program will change the way I live.

Thank you again.

Anna

I started the program the day I ordered it and am already feeling some differences. I am very impressed and excited to see how I am after a few months.

I have severe sciatica and buttock pain from a L4 L5 disc injury and nothing else including drugs did help for the past 3 years.

Thank you so much for your program and help.

I'm a 50 yo African American man who has been in pain since a childhood injury. I've been searching for so long and I've had much frustration because traditional methods of exercise and medicine just didn't work. At my age, I feel like the ease and comfort of your program gives me the comfort, range of motion, and the painless movement I've been longing for, for literally decades! I'm so glad I found this program and I greatly thank you for presenting it to the world...it is truly needed. I tried a few exercises and they were amazing. Thank you for the time you put into learning these techniques and developing this system...it's life changing!

Thank you for your continuous concern about the wellbeing of people. You are generous in delivering the results of your research. In my life I have done a lot of personal research and experiments about the best ways to promote and keep heath, at various aspects of our beings. I have come to about the same conclusions that you reveal to us. You have experimented so deeply and for so long that your systems are most precious and much more valuable, in my opinion, than anything I have known. My personal particular situation is a herniated disc between L4 and L5. This happened in october 2019. Weakness, lowered mobility, various compensations have resulted. Your conscious movements are helping me and I will always apply the profound principles revealed in your book. Your own history with the physical amelioration you have experienced gives me much hope and motivation.

Thank you again, and keep up the marvelous work.

I'm a massage therapist. I do orth bionomy, craniosacral therapy and EFT (emotional freedom technique) and lots of other stuff. I strained my quadratus lumborum. I could not get any self relief of the pain spasms. I searched until I came to your info. A few minutes of the first exercise and my spasms stopped completely. I thanked God. Thank you for making this information available. I will spread the word.

I appreciate your assistance and the program. I have been pretty much home bound for the last 4 years with horrible back pain. I've had 2 surgeries and two shots. I think the surgeries made my condition worse and shots were worthless. I started Sunday doing the lying down exercises, as you suggested, and I believe I'm feeling a bit better. Your explanations and most of all, seeing you do the exercises, is what's making it doable for me. In the past, every exercise I've tried has only brought me more pain. I swore I'd never do another exercise again. For some reason, listening to you from the get go had me very intrigued. Am glad I stuck with it and thus far am glad I ordered the program.

Thanks again, and wishing you all the best.

I got relief after the first exercise and I'm a fan. I have 4 level fusion L4-S1 and constant pain. My core strength is tremendous and protective, I got my core to relax and release my spine for the first time in 13 years. I will use that anecdote to spread the word. I just wanted you to hear good news from a 65 year old Marine veteran shaman. Thanks Matt.

Mike

Thanks Matt, I like your exercises and my back is getting stronger and less painful. I am deeply grateful for your movements, as they have helped reduce my pain in my upper legs so I can more comfortably walk - first time in my life I have felt no pain so am truly grateful to find you and get your insights.

This is a rarity for me to send an "IT WORKED" e-mail, but I am totally blown away with my results. I subscribed to your program less than a month ago. I had been seeing a chiropractor for months but nothing was really helping until I tried your exercises. I look forward to doing them because I know that I am going to feel 90% better once I have finished the series. THANK YOU so much.

I was very excited about your idea to slowly and consciously move the body in certain ways. I knew it would be the best and probably only right way to deal with lower back problems based on my long time Qigong practice and my understanding about consciousness.

I am almost 65, and since I had memory, my coordination of the body has been very bad. I was told that the shape of the spine has problems in both vertical and lateral directions. I tried different things and not working until I met Qigong. It helps me to understand my body much better than before. Eventually, I can sense the tightness/collapse in multiple locations like lower back, neck and behind the nose bone. Those areas are very difficult to reach gently and deeply. Qigong is good and I learned to connect the internal energy from practicing it. But I still wanted something more direct. Thanks god, then I saw your work.

I really love your set of the movements. I enjoy doing them and put them as the most important thing in my daily life now. Some of them are difficult, not because of the pain, but because I do not have the good connection between the mind and the location of the body - I am building it. Also the Qi (energy) is weak in the core - so that I have to do it very slowly, then rest a lot. However, that is already very good for me as I see the lights and hopes. I mean I can sense more of my body in detail, and I noticed there are differences that begin to show a little bit at a time.

Your movements are very beautiful - remind me the sea weeds or jelly fish. Also, what you talk about is your own experience so that my body listens too, not only my ears.

With gratitude and love. May more people can benefit from it.

Simei
